A recently renovated cosy farmhouse located in the Cairngorms National Park, which sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The cottage sits among the trees beside the River Spey and enjoys breath-taking views across the neighbouring fields and mountains too.  Graded as 4 Star by Visit Scotland.

It caters well for anyone with limited mobility.  Wheelchair users will find it easy to move around the kitchen/dining room and the bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which are located on the ground-floor.

The cottage is centrally heated and sleeps eight people in total and includes:

Ground Floor: Sitting room with wood-burning stove; Dining kitchen with French doors to the rear garden; Utility room and downstairs WC

Bedroom 1 with double zip-and-link bed, en-suite shower room with shower cabinet, w.c. and w.h.b.

Bedroom 2 with king size double bed; shower room, with wet room style shower, w.c and wash hand basin just along the hall. 

First Floor: Bedroom 3, double bedroom with king size double bed; Bedroom 4, twin bedroom;
