Water Sports

LOCH INSH - a 25-minute drive from Laggan takes you to Loch Insh, which has lots of facilities for all the family. These include canoe river trips for beginners, swimming, sailing and windsurfing, bank or boat fishing and stocked Lochan. As well as their watersports Loch Insh has a dry ski slope, mountain bikes, children's adventure area, climbing wall and the BoatHouse restaurant and gift shop.

LOCH MORLICH & GLENMORE FOREST PARK - a 35 min. drive from Laggan on the Cairngorm ski road you will find Glenmore Forest park, stroll along the wonderful sandy beach on the edge of Loch Morlich which lies at the foot of the Cairngorms. Here you will find facilities for all the family including fishing, sailing, windsurfing as well as mountain bike trails, nature and walking trails, orienteering and the Reindeer centre.
